When you join our waitlist we collect your email address and, if provided, information about the number of properties you manage and how many possession claims you file per year.
Why we collect it
We collect this information solely to contact you about early access to PossessionPack before and at launch. We do not sell your data to third parties.
How we store it
Your data is processed by Formspree (formspree.io), our form provider, and stored securely on their servers.
How long we keep it
We retain your data until you request deletion or until PossessionPack launches and the waitlist is no longer active.
Your rights under UK GDPR
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights email us at martin@mlgpartners.com and we will respond within 30 days.
